Never-say-die attitude strikes again! πŸ’ͺ The lads showed immense character, heart, and determination to grind out another fantastic result when it looked destined for a draw.

In a game heavily affected by the weather, both sides battled through tough conditions. The first half was tight and physical, but after the break, Armagh began to settle and take control of the tempo. Up top, Enda worked tirelessly, constantly pressing and keeping the Cliftonville defence under pressure, setting the tone for the team’s energy and work rate.

At the back, Ruben was in fine form, making a number of crucial saves to keep the score level, while Mantas & Kalin led superbly from centre-back, organising the defence and showing real composure under pressure. In midfield, Pauric and Maxi stood tall in a hard-fought battle, breaking up play and driving the team forward whenever possible.

The second half wasn’t without setbacks, as Shane and Jamie both picked up injuries, forcing the side to dig even deeper. But this Armagh side has spirit in abundance – and that showed again late on. With just five minutes remaining, Jake , a recent former Cliftonville player, came off the bench to score the all-important winner – rising to meet Aaron’s inch-perfect corner and nodding home to seal all three points against his old club.

The Club would like to wish Shane and Jamie a speedy recovery!!
